PRODUCT INFO & FAQ: Each sign is made with pride to satisfy each new order. When we receive your order, we purchase the best available lumber & supplies to create a high quality item. We may choose lumber or products that intentionally feature unique woodgrain, knotholes or other special characteristics. If you have a special request for your item, please use the “Add a Note To Your Order” box on the final order screen. Changes, upgrades, or special requests may be subject to additional fees - and we will notify you before invoicing you for those requests.
REFUNDS: Because each sign is made to order, we do not provide refunds. However, our goal is leave each customer with a smile. Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order & we’ll do our best to make it right!
SHIPPING: Each sign is carefully packed for shipping in custom sized boxes. The shipping speed you select at checkout is based on the shipping once the sign(s) is marked as finished and packed for shipment & dropped off to the carrier. If you require expedited order fulfillment or if you have an issue with a delivery, please contact us. Shipping damages (although rare) may require you, the customer, to begin the claims process. We photograph all orders before shipping for our records.
