Hand-traced artwork with real history behind it

If you love old-fashioned Christmas décor, you’ll feel right at home with this collection. Every sign begins with vintage Christmas artwork — the kind you’d find on an old postcard, tucked inside a grandparents’ attic box, or printed in a storefront window on a snowy main street. I take those originals and carefully retrace them by hand on the iPad, paying attention to the tiny details most people wouldn’t think to look for. Ink breaks, soft texture, aging paper tone — the little things that make something feel truly vintage, not just “retro styled.”

From there, I bring everything into Illustrator and Photoshop to gently restore color, add weathering, and give each piece that warm, time-earned character. It’s a slow, intentional process, and the end result has a richness that simply doesn’t translate on a screen. Many customers tell me the signs look even better in person, and that the details are far more beautiful than the thumbnail shows.
